[4/19/2018] - Jerome Ditkoff, DO, who served as president of the New York State Osteopathic Medical Society (NYSOMS) from 1986-1988, died on April 10, 2018, at his home in Manhasset Hills, NY.

Dr. Ditkoff was among the group of NYSOMS members who helped establish what is now the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine as the first osteopathic medical school in New York State. more

NY DOH Announces Attestation Guidance for Mandatory Pain Management CME
[4/13/2017] - The New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) has recently released attestation information to report completion of the mandated CME Pain Management Course. To be in compliance, prescribers must file the self-attestation by July 1, 2017, and once every three years thereafter. Change in DEA Renewal Notification Starting January 1, 2017
[12/19/2016] - Effective January 1, 2017, the DEA is eliminating the informal grace period which the agency has previously allowed for registrants to renew their registrations. more
